Unimed, a New Frontier Health company, is acquiring a controlling stake in the Huizhou Zhongshan South Medical Center.

Huizhou Zhongshan South Medical Center is an outpatient department of a comprehensive hospital, comprising of medical treatment, prevention, rehabilitation unit and community service. Unimed plans to invest in the expansion of the inpatient department, and incorporating it into the new corporate platform; serving patients, as well as doctors.
